The Backpack
Carried, never worn. Every backpack you own raises your weight limit, and enhancing one raises it further.
Your bag has a weight limit, and backpacks are how you raise it. You never equip one — simply owning it counts, and each further backpack adds more. Enhancing a backpack at the forge with crowns adds capacity per step, up to its cap.
Backpacks are also what you lose first when another player kills you: a share of them drops where you fall.
